CamarĂ£o ao Alho: garlic shrimp Serves 6-8 as an appetizer 2011-01-01 2 Tbs Olive Oil 3 clove Garlic, sliced thinly 1/4 tsp Spicy Red Pepper Flakes (or crushed chili pepper) 1 pound Shrimp, large, shells removed Heat Oil, Garlic slices, Pepper flakes in oil, just until garlic starts to brown. Add shrimp in one layer and cook a minute or two. Flip shrimp and finish cooking for another minute -- don't overcook. Toss pan to coat and serve.
